EPA Boiler MACT Rule Record-Keeping and Reporting

BOILER AND PROCESS HEATER RECORD-KEEPING AND REPORTING SERVICES FOR MAJOR SOURCES
40 CFR Part 63, Subpart DDDDD contains numerous record-keeping and report requirements that can be time consuming and can present potential compliance tripwires to owners and operators.  In order to insure compliance with these requirements, GenService, LLC offers the following services.
  • Notification Reports and all supporting information
  • Records documenting any use of non-hazardous secondary fuels
  • Records and calculated averages of all monitoring data such as opacity, pressure drop, pH, and operating load, etc.
  • Monthly records of fuel use for each combustion unit including fuel types and amounts
  • Records of the occurrence and duration of each malfunction of each boiler or process heater, or associated air pollution control system.
  • Records of corrective action taken to restore each unit to proper operating condition.
  • Records of all start-ups and shutdowns and the fuel used during each.
  • Records of all tune ups performed on all units.
  • Preparation and Submittal of all periodic Compliance Certification Reports.
